A Dictionary of Color Combinations
US$32.50
A Dictionary of Color Combinations is based on a six-volume work from the 1930s by the Japanese artist Sanzo Wada (1883–1967). It presents 348 combinations of two, three and four colours, with CMYK values for every colour. Wada was a painter, teacher and costume and kimono designer. He won an Academy Award for the costumes in the film Gate of Hell and helped lay the foundations of colour research in Japan. A small, handy paperback that designers, artists and anyone who works with colour return to again and again.
