'Suma Oriental' refers to the brilliant collection of writings by Tomé Pires, a Portuguese apothecary in the 16th century. In a very detailed description of an insular southeast Asia, 'Suma Oriental' revealed for the first time that sandalwood originated in the Sumba (modern day Indonesia).
How to use
Spray onto pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears, from about 15 cm away. Don't rub it into the skin; that makes the scent fade sooner. Keep the bottle somewhere cool, out of direct sunlight.
